​God's word warns us as His children, not to be unequally yoked with unbelievers. This is not to deprive us from enjoying people that don't believe as we do. It's more to protect us from the heartaches and heartbreaks of divorce because of a broken marriage covenant. God understands better than we how mating should take place, after all, He is the creator of everything, including marriage. 

To reap the benefits of a healthy relationship that will culminate in a healthy marriage and family, we must trust God's way of uniting as one. If we sow wisdom and obedience, we as singles will reap a harvest of God's goodness in the form of a respectable and prosperous union and family.
